News
The Board recently gave the go ahead for a two year pilot project pressing 200t/year of rapeseed.  Funding has been secured from SEEDA, Defra and contribution from Grainfarmers. (See below). As well as producing pure plant oil and bio-diesel the project will look at producing a fuel pellet from the rape cake and other wastes produced.  Production will commence in March this year.

This project is supported under the England Rural Development Programme by the Department of Environment, Food and Rural Affairs and the European Agricultural Guidance and Guarantee Fund.
